General Description

Coordinate and manage all office operations for the agency’s outpatient clinics. Ensure consistent processes in all outpatient clinics to facilitate the ability for staff to provide coverage in any location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Business management preferred or comparable experience.
• Three - five years of operational management experience in a medical outpatient practice or similar setting.  Multi-office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fiscal management practices and human resource management techniques.
• Driver's license and use of personally-insured vehicle for use with travel throughout Berkshire County
• Criminal Offense Record Information (CORI) Background Check Required
