Essential Job Functions:

Direct Care

• Completes a comprehensive and age-appropriate behavioral health assessment and treatment plan.
• Delivers intensive family therapy on an outreach basis as part of the FIT team.
• Assesses safety needs, develops safety plans and monitors safety on an ongoing basis.
• Monitors progress on attainment of treatment plan goals and objectives.
• Provides coaching and support in decision making to the youth/family.
• Coordinates and communicates with all collaterals.
• Maintains contact with the family 3-5 times per week.
• Offers and delivers services in the home, community, schools, day care, foster homes, and other community settings.
• Completes all required documentation in accordance with agency policy and performance specifications.

Administrative Duties

• Supervises team of FIT Clinicians, FIT Care Coordinators, and FIT Family Partners.
• Develops and implements CSA/FIT program concepts and services.
• Provides administrative oversight of productivity and budget issues.
• Completes reports for use by management, funding agencies and others in a timely manner.
• Maintains linkages and working relationships with other youth serving providers. 

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Minimum five years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Minimum one-year supervisory experience.
• Crisis intervention training preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience with diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Ability to work mandatory on call rotation.
• Strong knowledge of community mental health systems and community resources.
• Excellent oral and presentation skills
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Strong knowledge of computers.
• Ability to respond to program scheduling needs on a flexible basis.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to use personal insured automobile.
