Job Summary

The Client Access Services Analyst is responsible for configuring and optimizing Electronic Health Record (EHR), billing and other technology platforms to enhance client access and service delivery. Reporting to the Client Access Services Director this role designs, optimizes, and integrates technology solutions within the organization. The Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing data from the Client Access Services Hub to generate key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and insights that drive service efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions

• Technology Configuration and Optimization:

  • Configures EHR and other technology platforms to meet organizational needs, ensuring their effective implementation and integration.
  • Troubleshoots issues within technology systems to maintain operational excellence and support client service delivery.

Support and Collaboration:

  • Supports the Client Access Services Director in technology platform designs, optimizations, and other change management initiatives.
  • Works collaboratively across departments to facilitate seamless technology integrations and enhancements.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  •  Analyzes data related to the Client Access Services Hub, utilizing statistical software and tools to generate KPIs and reports.
  • Provides actionable insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client services based on data analysis.

• Project Management:

  • Coordinates with IT, RCM/Billing and administrative staff to ensure project deadlines are met and align with strategic objectives.
  • Manages and participates in projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

• Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project statuses and insights from data analyses.
  • Ensures that all stakeholders are informed of changes and updates in technology-related processes.

• Compliance:

  • Adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations; ensures compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures, code of conduct, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Education, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology management, EHR systems, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and EHR/technology platform configuration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
